Founded in 2019 by Ian Flynn, AnthroMed Education began with just one employee and a simple yet powerful vision: to support the vital work of clinicians in the fields of Speech-Language Pathology, School Social Work and Mental Health, and eventually the Occupational Therapy fields. Since then, the company has grown rapidly, now employing hundreds of dedicated clinicians by the end of 2024.

We are committed to ensuring that all children have access to the support they need to succeed in their educational journey.

Under Ian's leadership, AnthroMed has been recognized as one of the fastest-growing companies in America, earning a spot on Inc. Magazine's prestigious list. Ian's dedication to the field extends beyond the company, as he also serves on the Community Advisory Board for DePaul University's Speech-Language Pathology Program, where he continues to advocate for the importance of quality care and support in education.

Ian continues to lead AnthroMed as both the sole Founder and current CEO, advancing AnthroMed's mission to focus on delivering excellent service to schools, fostering professional growth for our clinicians, and making a meaningful impact on the communities and schools served by the AnthroMed Education team.
